LV Property Group is the exciting amalgamation of 2 dynamic Letting & Property Management companies formally known as Lobster Lettings and Victory Lettings.

The collaboration has allowed us to combine our collective knowledge and expertise of many, many years in the property industry, to establish a strong organisation with a focus on exceptional customer service whilst retaining a competitive fee structure. This means that we can adapt to the numerous changes in the rental market guiding our landlords through the myriad of legislative and tax changes, and hopefully support tenants when it's most needed.

These include (but are not limited to) embracing new and developing technologies such as 24 hour access to maintenance support through Fixflo, plus online access for landlords (or indeed their accountants) to their own online portal for 24 hour access to documents such as monthly statements but to name a few.

Nightmare Tenants, Slum landlords – Series 6 (aired June to November 2021)

Lobster Lettings are honoured to have been asked to feature as the new Letting Agent on Channel 5’s “Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords”. The show follows Lobster Lettings over a 6 month period, highlighting the good, the bad and the ugly of the lettings industry. Faced with tenants in arrears, hoarders, antisocial behaviour and unwarranted aggression from problem tenants, Lobster Lettings work tirelessly on the landlords behalf, to nip problems in the bud as quickly as possible.

We offer genuine compassion to those tenants who are struggling, yet demonstrate the willingness to turn themselves around and rectify damage/arrears in a timely fashion, but at the same time, a no-nonsense approach to those problem tenants, who breach the terms of their tenancy contract, with no justification.
